Reservation confirmation
To confirm your reservation it is necessary to send a deposit (20% to 50% depending on the number of days planned to stay),or credit card details for guarantee and pay all the amount directly at the reception.

- Late Check Out: Customers who want to keep their room till 18:00 are charged 50% of daily room rate. After 18:00 the daily rate will need to be paid in full.
Cancellation policy
- If the customer cancels his reservation 21 days prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If the customer cancels his reservation from the 14th to the 20th day prior to the arrival date, then 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the customer cancels his reservation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date or if he does not show up, then there will be NO REFUND of his deposit.
- In the case where the customer checks out of the hotel during his stay, he is responsible to pay 50% of the daily rate of his room for the remaining days of his scheduled stay.
